Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they’re shipped.

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while your order makes its way into the WRLD.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please keep in mind that processing time and shipping time are separate.

For orders shipped internationally, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—your other artifacts are still making their way to you.

While we do our best to keep things moving, occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, get in touch and we’ll help you track it down.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, get in touch with us and we’ll look into it.

Your artifact has places to go. Let’s make sure it gets there.
