Because each HANARO artifact is prepared specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect choice.

Before placing your order, please check the size guide and product details carefully.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please double-check our size guide before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was selected.

If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to get in touch before ordering. Better safe than swimming in a hoodie.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once your order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Something not quite right? Get in touch and we’ll figure it out with you.
